APPP held its 11th Alumni Seminar on June 16, using the World Bank's Development Learning Centers, connecting Tokyo, Jakarta, Manila and Bangkok. This year, the topic was "Advances and Challenges in Regional Integration."

- Mr. Gabriel Lingan of Class of 2009 made the presentation (Asean Economic Community:Advances and Challenges for the Philippines)
- From Indonesia, Dr. Mr. Irwanda Wisnu Wardhana (Class of 2009) made the presentation on "Regional Integration: A Question Mark for Indonesia"
