When to Apply
The University's admission process is open between September and early May. However, prospective applicants, especially from overseas, are urged to contact the APPP office (appp-admissions@ad.hit-u.ac.jp) as early as possible in order to determine their eligibility and scholarship opportunities. If you plan to apply for scholarship, please note that ADB-JSP scholarship and MEXT-PGP scholarship applicants should send application documents from September through January of the previous academic year. For IMF(JISPA), JDS and JICA-SDGs scholarships, please refer to the respective websites, the links to which are shown on the Fees and Scholarships page.
