On June 29, Professor Sekine participated in the Monetary Policy Dialogue hosted by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan. During his visit to the country, he met Mr. Abror Mirzo Olimov (class of 2018, right) and Mr. Azat Aibekovich Kozubekov (class of 2013, left). Both currently serve as Deputy Chairmen of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, respectively. It is truly impressive that these two central banks are communicating perfectly with each other at this senior level through the APPP alumni network.
He also met the recent APPP alumni, from left to right, Mr. Kamarov Akhror(class of 2022), Mr. Abdukakhkhor Abdurakhmonov (class of 2021), Mr. Jaloliddin Sayfiddinovich Nuriddinov (class of 2021), and Mr. Khudoynazarov Umidjon (class of 2023). He was very pleased to see that all of them were doing well and contributing to Uzbekistan through their own responsibilities.
